He held a bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a specialty in Cyber Security and was very close to finishing a second bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. In honour of the Celebration of Life that took place on Wednesday evening, August 17, at 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home, we asked that you wear purple in honor of Lucas's favorite color. On Thursday, August 18, at 11:00 am, the body was laid to rest in McCreary Memorial Gardens.
