Natasha Henstridge in Black Workout Gear Poses With Her Trainer

Natasha Henstridge is sharing gratitude for her trainer and workout method. In a new social media post the 49-year-old flaunts her forever young figure inskintight black workout clothes, posing with her personal trainer. She thanked F45 and her trainer for "putting me through my paces." How does the Species star manage to look half her age? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Henstridge is a fan of F45 workouts, a brand and workout model endorsed by Mark Walhberg, David Beckham, and Cindy Crawford. The method incorporates weight and strength training in a HIIT style intensity.

Natasha also enjoys group fitness, like bootcamp. "It's a 30-minute treadmill program with bands and various other weight training integrated and they play music and they yell at you — 'Keep up, keep up!'" she told OK!

Natasha is creative when it comes to selecting fitness classes. She has even taken trapeze. "You start off hanging by your knees and the person just catches you and you learn tricks. It's hard," she told OK!

"I sometimes work with a trainer, then take breaks. I'm really not a fan at all of the gym so it's tough for me to stay on that path too long," she told Hollywood.com. Other workouts she enjoys include Pilates and hot yoga. Why is Pilates a good workout to add to the mix? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Natasha also likes to burn calories al fresco. "I'm really an outdoorsy person, so if it's mountain biking, or something that makes it feel like I'm not exercising, that's always my preference," she told Hollywood.com. You may also find her rollerblading "in the hills." The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Diet is also key for Natasha. "And I try to eat well and clean," she dished to Hollywood.com about her approach to eating. "I certainly feel so much better when I do, however sugar is a tough one for me; I'm sort of always tempted by it and struggling to avoid it. Otherwise, I love to cook and I do about five days a week. I certainly like my occasional glass of wine, I've been blessed with the moderation gene, though."
